{"title":"CHOOSE YOUR ROAST DATE","description":"\u003cp\u003eRoast Date is one of the most critical factors in maintaining the authentic freshness of coffee. we choose highest quality beans from growers who apply meticulous procedures in processing the green beans so that they bring out bright flavour notes once roasted. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhile we have observed nitro flushed packaging that are said to increase the shelf life of the roasted beans but in our experience they are not very effective in doing so. Thus, once roasted,  the coffee beans should ideally be brewed within a month for ejoying fresh flavours.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNow you can choose the roast date of some of our highest quality beans and have them delivered. The timelines that follow post roasting as as follows. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eOnce roasted, the beans have to be kept for degassing (because they keep on releasing trapped gasses) for 36-48 hours before we pack them.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eOnce packed they are shipped to you and take about 3-4 days to reach. \u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eOnce they reach you, they are ready to give you peak flavor from 8th to 10th day onwards (post roasting date). \u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThus, once you choose your roast date, you will be able to get the best out of the roasted beans from about 8th day onwards.
