In simple terms, V60 is a conical dripper for pour over coffee brewing. It is developed by Japanese brand Hario. V60 gets its name from its 60-degree angle and designed to brew a clean, flavorful cup of coffee by giving the user control over water flow and extraction using spiral ridges and a large hole.
It is very well known (or rather famous) amongst specialty coffee experts and enthusiasts for its ability to highlight coffee nuances.
