Monsoon Malabar coffee is a type of "naturaly processed" coffee beans from Indian Malabar Coast region, specifically from the states of Kerala and Karnataka. This coffee is known for its unique flavor and characteristics, which are a result of region's unique climate and the processing method.

The Monsoon Malabar coffee beans are exposed to the monsoon winds for 3 to 4 months, which causes the beans to absorb moisture and swell in size. This process changes the beans' color to pale yellow and reduces their acidity, resulting in a distinctive flavor profile that is earthy, spicy, and full-bodied.

The coffee beans are typically medium to dark roasted to bring out their unique flavor and aroma. Monsoon Malabar coffee is popular among coffee enthusiasts who appreciate its unique taste and history.
