A grinder built around one idea: a good cup shouldn't depend on where you are.
The C3S pairs an aluminium alloy body with Timemore's stainless steel S2C 660 burrs, whose spike-shaped cutting geometry grinds quickly and produces an even particle size. That evenness is what you taste in the cup: cleaner pour-over, a fuller French press, and fewer of the bitter and sour notes that uneven grounds cause. Dial in coarse for French press, fine for moka pot or AeroPress, and expect the same result tomorrow.
At roughly 500 g with a capacity of about 25 g of beans, it's built for a single serious cup. It's solid enough to feel permanent on a kitchen counter and compact enough to pack for a trip.
